Bernd was also a member of the Global Investment Committee at Amber. He has over 20 years of experience of investing in German-speaking markets, M&amp;A and Capital Markets. Prior to joining Amber in 2007, Bernd was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley (London) where he was Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Investment Banking practice for Germany, Austria and CEE.
